What our guests says about facilities

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Grand Residences All Inclusive offers amenities for your comfortable stay and unforgettable experiences

Really good Culinary Experience

The dining at Grand Residences was truly amazing! The theme nights introduced a wonderful variety to our meals, especially the Seafood Night and the breakfast buffet, which were both delicious and nice. Each dish was carefully prepared, and I appreciated the attention to detail that went into the menu variations. Eating under the stars, with fantastic food, made each meal special.

Fantastic Kids Club

The kids club at Grand Residences exceeded my expectations! My children couldn't wait to participate in all the activities that the staff organized, from beach volleyball to educational games. Ivonne and Melissa were really good in creating a fun and engaging environment. It truly gave us the parents some well-deserved relaxation time knowing our kids were in good hands.

Luxurious Suite Experience

I was blown away by the spaciousness and luxury of our suite! The layout was well thought out and included all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay. The 'rainfall' shower was a good touch, making every morning refreshing. I felt like I was in my own little oasis, which made the vacation even more enjoyable.

Relaxing Spa Experience

The spa services were relaxing and rejuvenating, providing a perfect escape from the sun. Although I faced some wait times, the quality of the treatments made it worth it. The tranquil environment of the spa allowed me to unwind fully and indulge in some self-care-a must after a long day at the beach!
